She walked us through every step in listing our house, and guided us through all of our concerns and doubts. We felt no pressure with Gabriele like you do with other agents. We were lucky enough to sell the home in six days. Gabriele held back to back open houses, clearing her entire schedule to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We were very lucky to get to go through this process with her. Gabriele also helped us buy our new home - to say she was amazing in this process is an understatement. We hit delay, after delay with our lender and Gabriele was truly amazing during this. She helped keep us calm, and find a new lender after a month with the previous one. We were finally able to close and we definitely could not have done it without her.

I relocated to Seattle, Washington, from Dallas, Texas, last October. The housing market here is unreal, and listings are sometimes sold before anyone has a chance to view them. Like you, I work full-time, and I also travel once or twice per month for work. I was looking for a condo in an affordable area while living in a hotel under my employer's relocation program. Every time I'd start feeling down on my luck for not being able to find the perfect place (or getting outbid on something that I liked), Gabriele was there to stay positive and tell me that we'd find something. Earlier this month, I closed on an affordable condo in a convenient location for me. I couldn't have done it without Gabriele!
